In 1989, Matt's father, Kevin Smith, began serving local businesses through Twin City Business Machines, providing office equipment and dependable customer service to businesses throughout Central Massachusetts.
Around 1999/2000, the company evolved into Appleseed Business Machines, continuing the same commitment to building lasting relationships and delivering reliable business solutions.
Growing up around the business, Matt learned early on that success isn't measured by the number of systems you sell, it's measured by the relationships you build and the trust you earn.
In 2008, Matt officially joined the family business, gaining hands-on experience working directly with business owners across a wide range of industries. Over the years, he developed a deep understanding of business technology, customer service, and the importance of providing dependable support long after installation.
Today, that same dedication continues through Clear POS Solutions, combining generations of experience with today's industry-leading POS and payment technology to help businesses operate more efficiently and grow with confidence.
